Return Policy 

We genuinely hate the thought of you not 100% loving your Gently Made products, but in the rare event that you don't, we have a return policy that is based on openness, just like our brand. 

 

We believe that if you want to return something, it's for good reason. We want to use that reason to make us better. 

 

If within 30 days of receiving your products, you want to return it, simply email jodianne@gentlymadestudios.com, and let us know. Was the color different than what the website showed? Was there a detail about the piece that was not  listed, that would have impacted your buying decision? 

 

Upon letting us know the reason for the refund request, we will send you a gift card for the same amount. We don't want you to go through any shipping hassles. Keep the product as a token of our appreciation. 

 

Exceptions: 

Original Paintings cannot be returned. If you have any questions, or would like to see more photos of Original pieces before buying, please email jodianne@gentlymadestudios.com. We are happy to provide whatever close ups, or details necessary to help you feel confident in your purchase.

 

Items purchased using a Discount Code, will receive a store gift card for the discounted paid price. 

 

Sale items, which are sitewide discounted items that don't require a special code, are final, and cannot be returned. Feel free to email jodianne@gentlymadestudios.com if you have any questions about your products before buying, so that you can feel confident in your purchase.
